Capabilities
CNC Machining Capabilities
Practical CNC milling and turning for custom machined parts — from a single prototype to repeatable small production runs.
CNC Milling
Milling of brackets, plates, housings, manifolds, and profiled parts. Work is set up carefully with attention to workholding and datums so features land where the drawing calls for them.
CNC Turning
Turning of shafts, bushings, spacers, fittings, and other round parts. Good fit for parts that need concentric features and clean diameters held to drawing.
Prototype & One-Off Parts
Single parts and prototypes to test a design or replace something that is no longer available. A practical way to get a real part in hand before committing to a larger run.
Small Production Runs
Small-batch work where repeatable dimensions matter across multiple parts. Setups are documented so later batches stay consistent.
Replacement Machine Components
Machining worn, broken, or obsolete machine parts from a drawing, a sample, or the damaged part itself to get equipment running again.
Fixture Plates & Tooling Components
Fixture plates, locating components, and tooling used for production or inspection, with accurate hole locations and repeatable part location.
Machining from Drawings, Samples, or Existing Parts
A PDF drawing or 3D model is ideal, but sample parts and existing components can often be reviewed and reproduced when drawings are not available. Reverse engineering and modeling from a sample or existing part is also available when a drawing needs to be recreated.

Tolerance capability depends on material, geometry, setup, and inspection requirements. Send a drawing or model for review.
